Please make sure you have turned in ALL of the required forms.

1. Application
   Each person MUST fill out an application. Each individual person in a group must turn in an application.
2. Group Applicant Form (for students only)
   A GROUP Applicant from is required when 2 or more people are applying. Only one Group Applicant Form is needed for a group of applicants.
3. Co-Signer Form
   A cosigner form is necessary if an applicant or if ANY MEMBER OF A GROUP does not fulfill the requirements of: a) two years rental history and b) one year employment history. This means that even if only one person needs a co-signer, so does everyone else.
   
   

Example:

You are applying for a 5 bedroom house with 5 other people than each person will need to turn in an application. (5 forms)

One group application will need to be submitted. (1 form)

If even one person needs a co-signer, than 5 co-signer forms will need to be turned in. (5 forms)

TOTAL: 11 forms

Applications submitted together and complete have a better chance of being reviewed first, and often approved first. You only need one application per person. Once your application is approved you are approved for all of our properties.

Processing
Applications are usually processed within 72 hours, however, please allow up to five days during peak months (April - September).
